Working principle
The water bath sterilizer is an advanced equipment for sterilizing bottled liquid in the world. It uses high temperature superheated water shower to heat and sterilize the liquid bottle. It has the advantages of uniform temperature, wide temperature control range and reliable regulation. At the same time, the advanced computer control can realize the automatic calculation of F0 value and monitor the sterilization process. After the sterilization process, the spray water is indirectly cooled by cooling water, and the liquid bottle is forcedly cooled, so that the temperature of the product is reduced to ≤60 °C, so as to prevent the liquid medicine from being deteriorated and scrapped when it is in a high temperature state for a long time, and at the same time avoid the direct cooling of the cooling water. Glass bottle explosion or plastic bottle expansion accident.
