Electrophoresis is a phenomenon in which charged particles move toward an electrode with the opposite charge under the action of an electric field. Under certain pH conditions, each molecule has a specific charge. Within a certain period of time, they move at different speeds in the same electric field, and each concentrate on a specific position to form a tight swimming band.
