Automatic Medical Sealer MS101-PD
1. Temperature controlled by a microcomputer, accuracy ±1%, working temperature range is 60~220ºC;
2. Automatic fault detection and alarm;
3. Fast heating, 40 seconds required from room temperature to 180ºC;
4. Automatic temperature reduction operated by a fan connected to temperature control system, reducing the waiting time;
5. Adjustable fixed-force system, suitable for sealing 3D paper-plastic bags and paper-plastic bags of any sickness;
6. Advanced flat ceramic heating components, high-temperature stability, long life expectancy and high heat efficiency;
Printing System Features:
1. Print function can be disabled or partially activated;
2. Sterilizing and expire date auto adjust; Automatic faults alarm display during working;
3. Adjustable character font and style, easy to print more information on narrower bags;
4. The system provides the required minimum width of the bag based on the content of print, easier for users to define the print
content or select appropriate bag; Auto alarm when width is insufficient.
